Nifas is not just an idea, it’s a story born from the heart of motherhood. Dr. Marwah Hassounah lived through many long nights and days filled with challenges, where she came to understand the depth of responsibility every mother bears.

In December 2022, those experiences transformed into a vibrant project. Dr. Marwah joined the “Spark” program by the Misk Foundation to shape her dream into a reality that could reach every mother in need.

At the end, it wasn’t the victory but the recognition that Nifas received from Misk, Monsha’at, and NEOM that proved its value.

Nifas is a journey of support, an extended hand to every mother, and a beacon amid the challenges of motherhood.

Our vision is a community of mothers enjoying motherhood with happy, healthy children. We believe it’s a journey filled with love and moments that shape memories.

Through Nifas, we aim to support mothers from pregnancy onward, creating a space of peace and joy where every mother feels accompanied and supported.

Our mission is to achieve holistic well-being for mothers and children—physically, emotionally, and socially—through home-based support services.

We aim to ease burdens so mothers can cherish moments with their children in a safe, balanced, and supportive environment.
