Each training package consists of 4 private sessions (each lasting 90 minutes) delivered in the comfort of your own home to create a safe and supportive environment.
Personal Follow-Up: A 30-minute follow-up call between sessions to support progress and answer questions.
Duration: We meet once a week for 4 sessions, with follow-up support in between, for a total of 7 weeks of guidance and support.
