For those who want to rely on themselves in daily activities.

✅ Objective: Support functional mobility and improve the ability to perform daily tasks.

• Customized exercises to improve muscle strength and flexibility.

• Training in basic movements such as: sitting/standing, dressing, and moving around the house.

• Individual follow-up plan with weekly progress assessment.

• Psychological and motivational support to achieve independence in daily routines.

• Session duration: 45 minutes
